Attention San Bruno Responds app users!

City staff were made aware of an outage to San Bruno’s SB Responds reporting application. The service provider has resolved the issue and the application is now available for use, however, there are actions needed by the end users in order to update and refresh the application on your personal device:

For Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in. Just uninstalling the app and reinstalling may not be sufficient to clear the app data.

For iOS users, either logout of the app and log back in, or if this feature is not accessible, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
